Local Restaurant Mysteriously Closes After 7 Months
Restaurants, when it comes time for them to close up shop for good, often make some kind of grand announcement. There is a desire to let the community know about what is going on with the business. Whether it is a last-ditch effort to bring in some extra business or a final opportunity to say goodbye, the majority of restaurants do their part to inform patrons. However, not all restaurants do this. Some seem to close in the middle of the night, never to be heard from again. For one local metro Phoenix restaurant, that’s exactly what happened. The closure was such a surprise even some employees didn’t even know about it.
Local Chain Restaurant Hit With 7 Health Code Violations
Another week, another chain restaurant performed poorly on its annual health inspection. Typically, chain and franchise restaurants tend to excel at food safety, due to all the safeguards in place at the corporate level and what could happen to the manager and regional owners should the restaurant fail to perform up to the established standards. And yet, that has not prevented various restaurants over the past several months from poor health inspection grades. The current restaurant in Tucson, perhaps unexpectedly, received a second annual inspection within the same calendar year, which is odd, but nevertheless, seven violations were uncovered during the most recent inspection.

Brunch into lunch gives you the option to enjoy burgers, sandwiches, and other goodies while the breakfast lover dives into a plate of eggs and bacon. It’s why some brunch restaurants carve out a nice place for themselves in a hectic industry. It’s also why one Southern California restaurant has made the move east to metro Phoenix.

Local Restaurant Closes 9 Months After Opening
Luck, whether owners want to admit it or not, plays a part in the eventual success or failure of a restaurant. This is especially the case when first starting out. A new restaurant can have excellent food, a prime location, and even quality marketing, but if luck isn’t on its side, the business will not survive. Sadly, that seems to be what has happened with one local restaurant, which officially closed up shop last week. While fans and patrons are holding out hope the business does return, as of today, the Phoenix establishment is no more after less than a year after opening (although it has left the door open for a possible return).
New Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant Now Open
There are a handful of restaurant types that almost seem to require play-on-words for the name. Perhaps there is an association somewhere that mandates brunch spots and bakeries to craft a name with a double meaning. Or to create a name that sounds like it was used as an episode of The Simpsons. Whatever the mandates for brunch restaurants are, a new spot has officially opened in metro Phoenix, offering everything from breakfast tacos to burritos, eggs, bacon, and everything else a lover of breakfast and lunch might want (including a play-on-words name).

Local Fast Food Restaurant Hit With D-Grade Health Inspection
When you stop by a fast food restaurant to order burgers and fries you’re probably only thinking of what you’re hungry for and how quickly the food comes out. Other than that, once you leave the drive-through window, your only other thoughts might be on if they made the order correctly. What you shouldn’t be focused to think about is just how clean the kitchen was or if the restaurant performed well on its last health inspection. After all, there is some level of trust between you and the restaurant. For the majority of greater Phoenix restaurants, that’s not an issue. However, one local fast-food restaurant nearly failed its most recent inspection, as it received a D grade just last week.
