Arizona Canal Spillway Fishing! (Underwater Canal Footage)
The canals here in Arizona are on fire for carp fishing right now! Arizona fishing can be good all through the year, even in the heat of the day. Me and my buddy headed out to a canal spillway we have never fished before in hopes of just catching something. We managed a decent carp that bit on bread. It was a pretty slow bite after that. After a short 20 minute drive to another section of the canal, we found ourselves in a mess of grass carp. The Arizona canal program actually stocks these fish into the canals to control the vegetation. Catfishing Arizona can be very good in the summer as well. We saw more fish on the underwater camera than we even caught! You would not think there is that many fish down there on the bottom. The gofish cam was able to get some great underwater canal footage. All in all a great day fishing kin the Arizona canals. I will be back out again soon to get on some fish.
Arizona Pond Fishing for Catfish, Carp, and Giant Goldfish!
It is not everyday you get to catch so many fish in one pond! The giant goldfish were probably the coolest to catch! A big shout to AZfishkid for letting me know about this spot! We headed out to a small community pond here in Arizona. Luckily for us, this pond was full of catfish, carp, and goldfish. The whole time this day we did not have to wait long at all for a bite. For bait we used plain ole bread. That is what every fish was caught on this day. Between the huge mirror carp, and monster goldfish, we were pretty busy. Arizona fishing has been tricky for me lately, I have been struggling to think of new fishing ideas for you all. Hopefully I can think of something soon! There is definitely no shortage of fish here, just showing you all a non repetitive video can be tough. From catfishing Arizona to carp fishing Arizona, I have enjoyed it all. Arizona has more species to offer tho, so I may be switching it up a bit more! Thank you all my loyal subscribers for watching! And m
Roadside Canal Fishing for Catfish and Carp (Urban Arizona)
We are back on a new spot on the canal! Arizona has been getting very hot lately, so the canals have been the spots I have been targeting the most. Running canal water stays much cooler than stagnant pond water. This day we used bread and worms and caught almost every species you can catch in the canal. From both species of carp, catfish, and even some bass and bluegill. Arizona fishing has a good array of freshwater species. Arizona canal fishing is a lot of fun, but during this hot summer, you need to exercise caution while fishing. Bring plenty of food and water whenever your outside. You may just get lucky enough to catch a canal catfish, or even some canal carp.
Canal Spillway Fishing in the Arizona Desert!
We are back with some more Arizona canal fishing! We headed out to a deeper section of the canal in search of whatever we could get to bite. We were using worms and corn as well as some chicken liver. We actually managed to find a flowing spillway out on the canal! I had never fished a true spillway before, so that was cool to do. Spillway canal fishing will definitely be on the agenda for the future videos. These canals are some of the best catfishing, carp fishing, and bass fishing in the state. They are accessible to just about everyone, and they are full of fish. Go down to your nearest canal and see what is swimming around.
Arizona Canal Catfishing with Chicken Liver!
Arizona canal fishing is my new favorite type of fishing! This canal was loaded with channel catfish! Chicken liver is always my bait of choice when fishing a new catfish spot. From west coast to east coast, it has always produced fish for me. Garlic chicken liver has a very strong scent in the water, and obviously these channel catfish enjoy that scent. Arizona canals have a large population of all types of fish. It definitely offers some very good catfishing. This will not be the last time I do some Arizona canal fishing, but rather the first trip of many. The catfishing was just too good to pass up. Canal catfish are very much to catch! They bite very well for the small body of water they live in. Arizona fisherman! If you have not tried out garlic scented chicken livers for catfish, I highly recommend it! As you can see it works very well, and provides consistent results.
