(Village of Cross Keys/Instagram) (BALTIMORE) State lawmakers are considering a new liquor license proposal for the Village of Cross Keys community. While no traditional market or food hall exists in the community, the license is an effort to simplify the process for new restaurants to move into the area, Arsh Mirmiran, a principal for Caves Valley Partners, which owns the retail and residential development, told the Baltimore Business Journal.
