Van Nuys, California (LAI) — Police have released surveillance footage in hopes of identifying the driver involved in a hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of a cyclist. The incident occurred on Van Nuys Boulevard near Delano Avenue on the night of October 30, just before midnight, according to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
