Clay Electric customers are getting a nice surprise on their March bills – a credit that will average $38.35. The bill credit is part of the $12 million refund the cooperative's board of trustees approved. The refund covers those customers who received service from 1992 through 2020, the cooperative said.

Low-income Aurora residents may soon get help paying their water bills. The City Council will vote Monday whether to use $15 million in America Rescue Plan money to join the state's Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program.
