Only about an hour from Tampa is a 7-mile island by the name of Anna Maria. Anna Maria Island is made up of 3 cities, beautiful white sand beaches, and incredible food. We spent a weekend exploring Anna Maria Island on a quest to figure out what makes this destination so special. The highlight of our trip was definitely Bean Point and we highly recommend Los Chiludos for a killer California Burrito and Ugly Grouper for their insanely popular grouper tacos.

When it comes to fine dining, there are specialty restaurants onboard that offer an array of food choices. This is the Taste of Royal which is a special lunch offered to sample menus from restaurants throughout the Royal Caribbean fleet. The lunch cost was $34.99 per person.

Lil Mama's Chicago Style Hoagy was our first stop during our time in Chattanooga. We stumbled in on a rainy August day and were met with incredible energy, upbeat vibes, and welcoming service. We only spent 3 days in Chattanooga and ended up grabbing sandwiches from here twice during our stay. Tony ordered the Spicy Mami and Sara decided on The Crew. Take our advice and order the 12" Big Daddy size. We swear these hoagies taste even better as leftovers.

We're checking out some great restaurants, and taking a couple of trips to Lookout mountain for Ruby Falls and Rock City Gardens. Chattanooga is often overlooked as a tourist destination but we think this city has a lot of charm! Only about 2 hours from both Nashville and Atlanta, Chattanooga can make a fun, relaxing trip for your next long weekend.
