Abbott went on to say, "Texas is a national leader in the semiconductor industry, w/ over 30K Texans working in this field & major projects investing up to $47B in Texas last year".

Nvidia, the Chip Designer, Expects Sales To Do Well in 2022
Investors should be happy with Nvidia Corp. (NVDA). The chip design company decided in February to cancel its dilutive merger with ARM Ltd from Softbank. That will allow shareholders to not be diluted by the extra shares for ARM Ltd. That could help NVDA stock rise, assuming the company's growth stays on track.
