Classic Italian Recipe- Crabs & Marinara
This recipe gained popularity when Neapolitan known as marinai invented the easy, durable sauce from tomatoes and garlic to take with them on their voyages. The addition of seafood is very common in the coastal regions of Italy along with many Italian-American families as well. Music: Bushwick Tarantella-Kevin MacLeod

Jalapeno Jacked Up Charbroiled Oysters
Jalapeno Jacked Up Charbroiled Oysters By Cajun Rnewbbq Start off by finding the eye of the oyster, it looks like a coin slot on most of them and insert the oyster knife and pry the top shell off the oyster. Then take the knife and remove the oyster from the bottom shell, but leave it in the bottom shell. Now get your grill going. I used my charcoal grill for this one, but you can use gas if you want. Move on to cutting up the jalapenos. Cut them in half, remove the veins and seeds and dice them up. Time to make up the butter sauce. Melt 1 stick of butter add 1 Tbs. of minced garlic 2 Tbs. of cajun seasoning Put the oyster on the grill in a circle, leaving space for flame ups. After a fer seconds, pour some butter sauce on each one. Once they start to bubble, add the cheese and jalapenos. Once the cheese melts its time to pull them off the grill.
Southern Fried Oyster Po Boy
Fried Oyster Po Boy - Cajun Rnewbbq This is me in the video. I paid for the seasoning with my own money. Today is National Oyster Day. We Celebrate today with a Fried Oyster Po Boy as any good displaced New Orleanian can do. We used Uncle Steve's Gator Shake and Competition Bird powder as our seasoning mixed in with our flour and cornstarch. Used an egg wash binder. Then fried them up for a couple of minutes, till golden brown.
Broiled red snapper
The other dish on our boodle fight was butterflied red snapper seasoned with pescado and liquid seasoning, then broiled in the oven for about 8 minutes. Broiling is easier and way faster, but this dish would taste way better when grilled outdoor, but who likes to grill outdoor when the weather is in the three digits, right?
Lemon garlic butter shrimp
This is a favorite dish on a Boodle Fight meal - shrimp in lemon garlic butter sauce. Another very simple, easy and quick to prepare. Just chopped garlic, unpeeled with head-on and tail-on shrimp, lemon zest, juice of half a lemon and a dash of salt.
Seafood soup
A perfect winter dish, but seafood is also great during summer. Here's seafood soup with little neck clams, Alaskan cod, shrimp and scallops in tomato and clam juice with diced tomatoes seasoned with pepper flakes, salt, freshly cracked peppercorns, bouquet garni and lemon verbena. Then served with sourdough bread.
