A tragic incident occurred on Wednesday evening in the south suburbs of Chicago, where a seven-year-old boy was struck and killed by a school bus. The accident occurred at around 6:00 pm, in the area of the 16000 block of South Park Avenue in South Holland.

White School Bus Driver Fired After Being Caught on Camera Shoving Black Students
A white school bus driver recently went viral after he was caught on camera pushing two black siblings to the back of the bus. The incident happened on September 9th after the bus driver, James O'Neil, told a 6-year-old black boy to sit at the back of the bus. When the boy failed to do so, O’Neil started to shove him. You can see his 10-year-old sister trying to reach out to her brother. The girl yells, “Stop pushing my brother,” as O'Neil continues to push the crying boy back into the seat repeatedly.
Brock ISD Being Sued By Family of 6-Year-Old Killed by Bus

While the driver of the school bus was not charged with a crime, the family of a child killed after being hit by the bus is now suing Brock Independent School District. Fox 4 reports Emory Sayre's parents are suing the school district, alleging the district failed to protect their daughter and failed to properly train its bus drivers. Brock ISD released a statement addressing the lawsuit saying:
