Man unsuccessfully attempts to outrun CHP and Santa Barbara Sheriff deputies in Orcutt
A California Highway Patrol Officer attempted to stop a speeding vehicle on Highway 135 near Graciosa Road in Orcutt on Sunday Evening. The driver accelerated even faster once the officer attempted to pull him over and after a brief time the driver attempted to turn south onto Harris Grade Road towards Lompoc.
