The Carolina Panthers season ended on a bad note with a lopsided loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that was ended by a Sam Darnold interception. Regression and frustration were the resounding themes for the organization and its fans in 2021 and something has to change. Now for a front office and coaching staff on thin ice, this is the offseason that will determine their future. Finding an answer at the quarterback position and acquiring high-impact players in the draft are the only moves that will save this Panthers regime.
