Pollo Asado with Salsa Verde and Tortillas- Everything Made from Scratch!- Home Cooking
So fun story, we didn't own a grill until a few weeks ago when Brian acquired one from one of our sweet neighbors. Brian fixed it up and ordered a rotisserie so of course he had to break it in before we leave for vacation. He made pollo asado with a homemade salsa verde and homemade tortillas. It was all so great! Brian, being from California has always talked about loving Pollo Loco and so he wanted to put his own spin on things (literally). Every part of this meal was so delicious! Ingredients used- garlic, cumin, salt, black pepper, oregano, anchiote and cilantro seasoning, pimenton, vinegar, olive oil, orange, lime, whole chicken, white onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, all-purpose flour, baking soda #polloasado #rotisseriechicken #athomecooking Be sure to follow us on Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/nobseateries/
