I went bank fishing and hooked into a nice flathead catfish! Took a picture and let him go to let him grow.

My Friend hooked into his first Trinity River flathead. We took some pictures and let it go!

First fish of the evening ended up being decent blue cat. Pulled some and had some razor-sharp teeth. When I let him go, he defiantly took some skin from me!

My bro Cory was hunting for his first flathead of 2022. This past weekend he finally got it. Put up a great fight and it was a nice eater size. He said his first flathead of the year he was going to take home and eat. So that's what he did.

These little gars wanted to shine on video. The little ones are hard fighters too. Both were released!

First catch of the day was an active 4-foot alligator gar. Almost lost the fish when it swam under the boat. I was able to get the hook out and release it.

After I caught that huge flathead, we went a little more down river, and I caught a huge alligator gar. Right at 7 feet long That fish was heavy as you can tell. Released it to keep growing and to catch another day!

What a crazy day of fishing. The guys and I went through a lot to get to the river but after 10 minutes in we all said it was worth it! Some catches I didn’t get on video because there was so much action.
