I have had several brands of chainsaws throughout the years. I was a Husqvarna man for a long time. When both my saws broke down on the weekend I needed them, I found Stihl at a reasonable price, and once I used it, I never looked back. These are great saws, and whether you have a homeowner or professional saw, they work as intended. I said I would never buy a small homeowner's saw because I tend to need the professional where we live. I am glad I decided to buy it. No regrets about this little saw at all.

The sequel to the movie TOP GUN from 1984 hit the theaters this weekend and it is a great sequel that takes the reins nearly 40 years later. While quite unrealistic in Pete Mitchell's predicament and stature after so many years - that's not why we watch it. Maverick is where he is because he is the "best of the best" when it comes to awesome, rogue pilots who get the job done. A bit of a teaser - know that "Goose's" son is now an aviator in the movie, and is pivotal in the plot. The action sequences are great, and there is plenty of good music reminiscent of the original flick for nostalgia's sake. If you loved the first movie, you'll undoubtedly enjoy the second film in the series... and there is a brief scene with "Iceman," with Val Kilmer recurring in this role.

There are tons of great places to get a burger in the San Francisco Bay Area. I like heading to Gott's in Walnut Creek for some tasty diner-still burgers done extremely well. I even like going to McDonald's for the classic American burger experience. One of my favorite places for artisan burgers in the Bay Area, though, is ROAM.
