Mike Tomlin is the first NFL coach to reach 15 consecutive winning seasons in 15 years
Do you know what being a successful coach in the NFL gets you? It constantly puts you on the hot seat and brings constant criticism. We’ve seen this in New England with Bill Belichick, especially after Tom Brady left. We’ve begun to see this in New Orleans as Sean Payton coaches his way through a season where he’s missing his starting quarterback and top receiver. One place we’ve seen all too often is in Pittsburgh. The Steelers defeated the Cleveland Browns Monday night, and with that victory Mike Tomlin now has 15 straight seasons with a winning record. It’s time to start putting respect on Mike Tomlin’s name. Tomlin has gone through his career fostering big ego’s and problem children like Antonio Brown, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Le’Veon Bell, and countless others. He’s a players coach who still demands respect and discipline. He’s nurtured some of the best defensive players in the game, and he’s a Super Bowl champion.
Ben Roethlisbergers Decorated Legacy
Ben Roethlisberger is more than likely played his final game at home Monday Night as a Pittsburgh Steeler. That has started the conversation around where Big Ben should be ranked amongst the all time great quarterbacks. I'm not going to have a problem with anybody that puts Ben in their top 10. I'm also not going to have a problem with the people who don't believe he's a top 10. What I know is, you can't talk about the history of the NFL and not include Ben Roethlisberger. We're talking about a two time Super Bowl Champion, who has played a brusing style of football throughout his career, and up until the season, didn't show that much decline. We've seen Ben take the Steelers to multiple AFC Championship games. He's had zero issues going toe-to-toe with some of the best in the game. For twenty years outside of one Joe Flacco season, it was Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, or Big Ben representing the AFC in the Super Bowl. Despite where you might rank him, Ben is an all time great.

Steelers’ Ben Roethlisberger Finally Publicly Acknowledges Possible Retirement
Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is getting ready to wrap up his 18th season in the NFL, and he has finally acknowledged he probably won’t be a Steeler next season. The Steelers will be hosting the Cleveland Browns Sunday night, and that will more than likely be Big Ben’s final home game in Pittsburgh. Roethlisberger is a two time Super Bowl champion, and I expect Steelers fans will send him off with a standing ovation. Big Ben has hinted at retirement for a few seasons, and there are rumours that head coach Mike Tomlin and other within the Steelers organization lured Roethlisberger back on to the field. However, after what’s been a pretty bad season, some are wondering if Roethlisberger should have retired earlier. #InsaneVoice
