Patchwork, a lively restaurant and bar focused on New American cuisine, perched on the second floor of Rittenhouse neighborhood’s Hyatt Centric Center City Philadelphia,has expanded its culinary operations via new top-tier team members, plus the addition of its first comprehensive dinner, brunch and cocktail menus since its grand opening in January 2022, helmed by Executive Chef Jonathan Dearden and new Lead Bartender Owen Priicket.

Wells Fargo Center, Aramark Sports + Entertainment, and Starr Restaurants, led by entrepreneur and James Beard award-winning restaurateur Stephen Starr will open a new sit-down restaurant concept at Wells Fargo Center, home of the Philadelphia Flyers (NHL) and Philadelphia 76ers (NBA). This will mark Aramark and Starr Restaurants’ first full-scale restaurant project as part of the strategic collaboration announced by the two Philadelphia-based organizations in 2021. The restaurant will replace The Grille at Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia and is expected to open in October at the start of the 2022-23 NHL and NBA seasons.

The Wayward, an American Brasserie located within the Canopy by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia in Center City’s East Market neighborhood within Midtown Village, is excited to announce a new culinary team including Executive Chef Carlos Cartagena and new Sous Chef, Barbara Voltaire and all new menus – including dinner and welcoming back breakfast, brunch and happy hour.

Chef Jose Garces announces Chef Jezabel Careaga as the next Chef in Residency at Volvér on Kimmel Cultural Campus. Chef Careaga's residency will run from January 26th to March 13th.
