I have the benefit of experiencing Packer mediocrity between 1968-1991 and can rely upon the coping skills gleaned during that time when the Packers were considered the doormats of the NFL. I will regrettably share this now ancient wisdom for those fans who have known only success and high expectations, warranted by what our team achieved on the field.

Bailey Zappe nearly defeated Aaron Rodgers in his first NFL appearance but came up short in overtime. Romeo Doubs is looking extremely bright for the Packers and Rodgers seems to be doing a solid job in spreading the ball around to his young receivers.

The Packers did not look like themselves, and the Vikings looked like they improved a lot. I believe Green Bay will be just fine, this is only week one and they have a long season to go. Minnesota looked very efficient offensively, and completley shut down from the defensive side of the ball. They've always had a good roster but if they can keep it up Minnesota fans will have an exciting season ahead of them.

Tyler Goodson was a really bright spot on the packers offense. He looked extremely explosive and I'd love to see him get some touches in the regular season. Romeo Doubs, aside from drops in practice being a conversation he's been very much of single coverage threat in these three games. Isiah Pacheco showed value and it'll be a very interesting backfield with him Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Ronald Jones. Their defense has looked very solid as well and I can't wait to see them all out on the field at once.

Jordan Love had a nice bounce back performance from last weeks three interception game, this week throwing zero. Romeo Doubs was a huge asset making some big plays and clutch catches. The Saints didn't play their best but I see them cleaning things up in the regular season, the big question mark will just be the consistent play at the quarterback position.
