Keke’s Breakfast Cafe will be moving into the retail space that once housed Panera Bread in the OakLeaf Town Center. Panera Bread has already moved into its new restaurant space in the town center near Jimmy Hula’s.

Players Grille will move into the old NYC Meatballs & Pizzeria location in the Oakleaf Commons Shopping Center. The restaurant contacted NewsBreak on Wednesday to announce a projected mid-August opening.

Sephora will be opening in the Kohl's Orange Park West store in Oakleaf Town Center on Aug. 2. The Kohl’s store is currently being remodeled to add a 2,500-square-foot Sephora shop.

A new Hobby Lobby is opening in Oakleaf Plantation on Friday. The over 44,000-square-foot craft store occupies what was previously AC Moore, OfficeMax and Lifeway. The new store’s creation was projected to cost $18.9 million, the Florida-Times Union reported. The store sits beside a Super Target in the Oakleaf Town Center.

A new Wingstop restaurant opened Tuesday in the Oakleaf Plaza shopping center at 9660 Argyle Forest Blvd. in Oakleaf Plantation. The 1,025-square-foot shop is located between the Starbucks and Firehouse Subs restaurant.

The Panera Bread in OakLeaf Town Center will be replaced by a new free-standing restaurant that will provide drive-thru service. Ferber Company has announced its acquisition of a 1.54 acre parcel in OakLeaf Town Center in the OakLeaf Plantation neighborhood to house the restaurant.

Crumbl Cookies will open its gourmet cookie store in Oakleaf Plantation next month, according to a company spokesperson. The cookie store and ice cream shop, which opened its first store in Utah in 2017, plans a soft opening on Thursday, Aug. 4 and a grand opening on Friday, Aug. 5. The store will be located in the Oakleaf Plantation Center on Argyle Forest Boulevard, which is anchored by a Publix grocery.

Heavy police presence at Wawa in Oakleaf this evening as reports of multiple shots fired in the area of Wawa. This store is located at 8251 Old Middleburg Rd. Everyone should avoid the area as investigations are on going. Many officers are reportedly actively in the neighborhoods surrounding the area.
