We loved our stay in the month of March and felt right at home in their spacious and modern Twin Deluxe Panorama complete with wraparound views of the stunning mountains. The ski-in ski-out resort is perfect for beginner skiers with it’s own lift, ski rentals, and ski school. We loved waking each morning to a mouthwatering breakfast buffet before exploring the snowy grounds and watching our little ones improve their skills on the slopes. A complimentary shuttle runs all day from the hotel’s front door and ensures you can easily reach all the popular areas of Niseko including the Welcome Center and Kutchan Train Station. The tranquil outdoor onsen boasts one of the best views in the area and was ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing and skiing. We highly recommend a calming massage at their decadent spa or an indulgent facial for the full five star treatment.

Our family stayed in the Deluxe Onsen Suite Hirafu Mountain View which featured a large sumptuous master bedroom and onsen style bathtub, separate living area which could be closed off as a second bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining table, and a stunning balcony with mountain views.
