Engineering firm adds to tenants at Cumming City Center
The lease was signed for Foresite Group Monday.(Photo/City of Cumming) (Cumming, GA) As the Cumming City Center closes in on opening, another tenant was announced Monday. Foresite Group is an engineering firm that provides services to public and private sector clients nationwide. According to the announcement, services include land development, landscape architects, fire safety, structural engineering, traffic engineering, broadband engineering, and wireless engineering.
New natural skin care store opens in Downtown Baltimore
NKVSKIN held its grand opening on Wednesday, June 1, at 113 N. Charles St. It offers a full line of skin care products and services for women and men. The business is owned and operated by Nikia Vaughan, one of the recipients of the inaugural BOOST (Black Owned and Operated Storefront Tenancy).
Cultivate Skate Shop Coming to Morristown
After a failed petition to open a skate park in Morristown, co-founders Dimitri Darche and Daniel Arias have signed a 1-year lease to open our town's first local skate shop. In the summer of 2021, Daniel Arias, a local skateboarding fan and business owner, led a petition to collect signatures to support building a skate park in Morristown, NJ.

It certainly doesn’t have a strong presence currently in metro Phoenix, as the fast-food culinary landscape is dominated by burgers and tacos throughout the Valley. That, however, is set to change, as a national fast-food Italian brand has its sights on Phoenix, with plans to not only open one location by this fall but an additional seven within the next two years.
Luxury boutique fitness studio opens in Towson
A new fitness boutique opened in Towson this past weekend at The Shops at Kenilworth. The Mine features five studios—including barre, yoga, spin, bootcamp, and reformer Pilates—as well as an open gym. The 22,000-square-foot space also has an IR sauna, lounge, juice bar, physical therapy and more, according to Baltimore Magazine.
First female, black-owned oyster bar in Maryland to open Hampden location
The Urban Oyster, known for its chargrilled oysters and tacos, will open a new location in Hampden this Summer. Owned and ran by Chef Jasmine Norton, the first black woman to open an oyster bar in Maryland, The Urban Oyster celebrated its fifth birthday last month. Now the restaurant will be opening a new location on The Avenue, the owner announced on Facebook.
