New York State Governor Kathy Hochul recently announced the inclusion of New York State’s electric vehicle programs and an EV test track powered by the New York Power Authority's EVolve NY high-speed chargers at the New York International Auto Show opening at the Javits Center in Manhattan, New York starting on Friday, April 15.
