Exploring Badlands National Park || Full Time RV Family
We wandered into the park to see what the Badlands had to offer. We hiked the Door Trail, Notch Trail and the Window Trail. The Door and Window trail was super easy and wheelchair accessible. The Notch Trail, however, is a tougher hike at the end you hike up a wooden ladder and is a little harder to do with kids. Colin did it with Lily on his back, but I was not ready to do the hike with Hunter strapped on to me. This park is great to just drive around and view the rocks and wildlife. We were able to see bighorn sheep and their babies! It was such a nice surprise to see. Find us on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube for more adventures: Top Of The World Adventures.
One of the most Underrated National Parks in Arizona is also one of the Coolest
Located in the quiet northeastern corner of the state, Petrified Forest National Park is majorly overshadowed by other Arizona parks. Pulling in about 600,00 visitors a year, this underrated park is quiet and not too crowded compared to the Grand Canyon which attracts over 4 million visitors a year.

Camping at Sequoia & King's Canyon National Park
Located in the central part of California, Sequoia & King's Canyon National Park is known for delivering astounding and diverse scenery. They have canyons, caverns, adventurous foothills, stunning mountains and the world's largest trees. The park is renowned for its massive sequoia redwood trees and the biggest being General Sherman. You can also witness an array of amazing wildlife such as badgers, beaver, bighorn sheep, black bears, and more. We had the pleasure of getting a group site at the Sunset Campground. The campground was great except that there were no showers nearby. That was really challenging when there were a dozen dirty kids running around constantly. Overall, I would consider it a great experience with a lot of good memories.

The Great Sand Dunes National Park || Full Time RV Family
Our very first trip to the Great Sand Dunes National Park in Southern Colorado. We were able to boondock outside of the park for free. We rented a board from the campground down the road and we explored the park. Our first stop was the Visitor Center for the Junior Ranger Program. We then packed up and started our hike to the top. We didn't get far because it started snowing on us and quickly had to head back down. Once the sand is wet it is virtually impossible to slide down the wet sand. This should be on everyone's list of places to visit.
