Dwyane Wade's transgender daughter has been granted an official name change after a six-month court battle, according to multiple reports. The former professional basket player filed a petition in court in August 2022 to change his child's name. The 15-year-old child, born a boy named Zion Malachi Airamis Wade, came out in 2020 and wanted to be called Zaya after identifying as a female at age 12.
