This weekend, the actor is taking part in a fan gathering via Zoom, and he gave Soap Hub all the details on how you can be there and so much more.

We know what really happened in Port Charles 60 years ago!. General Hospital is all aflutter, as Bobbie and Felicia prepare to stage a Nurses Ball to coincide with the 60th anniversary of their beloved hospital. A playing-dead Lucy is unhappy not to be part of the action. But we’ve got something different on our minds. If this is the 60th anniversary of the physical hospital, does that mean that the first episode, which aired on April 1, 1963, was the institution’s inaugural day of operation?

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) has come a long way from the shy librarian who wore her hair in a bun. She is presently on the warpath on General Hospital because the annual GH Nurses Ball is scheduled to go on without her at the helm. Ms.Coe has been the chair and MC of the big event since its inception and she went off the rails with Anna Devane (Finolas Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stewart) on Tuesday. Anna demanded that Lucy calm down and stay put but fans don't believe she is capable.

Who could possibly fill Lucy Coe’s General Hospital shoes…or lingerie?. Lucy Coe hosted General Hospital’s very first Nurse’s Ball as far back as 1994. And now she is incensed to learn that the show will go on without her. And only because she’s presumed dead. What kind of lazy reason is that? Lucy may be lying low, hiding out with Anna and Valentin, but her heart is still in Port Charles.

Wednesday on General Hospital Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) gave the order for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stewart) and Lucy Coe (Lynne Herring) to be killed. Anna however turned the tables on their captors who perished as she, Valentin, and Lucy escaped. When a very distraught Ms. Coe demanded a cell phone to call "Marty" (Martin Grey/Michael E Knight) she was shut down and told that everyone thought they were dead so they had to pretend to be.

After a two-year hiatus, the General Hospital Nurses Ball is scheduled to take place the first week in April. Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) founded the annual gala in 1994 and has been the mistress of ceremonies and each year she gets into some type of embarrassing trouble. For several years something would take place and Lucy would end up on stage in her undergarments. One year she ran onto the stage half naked shouting that Richard Simmons was out of the closet because the fitness guru who assisted her for a few years with the ball had literally been tied up backstage.

The Nurses Ball is coming back after a two-year absence. The Annual General Hospital Nurses Ball got suspended over the last couple of years, most likely due to COVID-19 production restraints. However, the soap announced a development about the annual gala that is sure to get a reaction from the show’s fans.

Finola Hughes and Lynn Herrug set the record straight. General Hospital fans have been concerned about the status of two long-time fan-favorite cast members on the ABC soap because their characters have not been on screen in a while but Finola Hughes and Lynn Herring have each given interviews that let fans know exactly where their characters stand at this time.
