Revealed: Proctor's Plan for Leavenworth
Sources close to the Proctor Campaign have revealed portions of the plot Proctor has in store for Leavenworth. Speaking on condition of anonymity out of fear of retaliation, the sources report the plot was put in place on December 13, 2022, when then-Mayor Leonhard rejected the long-held tradition of transferring the responsibilities from the Mayor to the Mayor Pro-Temopre by instead nominating Proctor-supported Commissioner Edd Hingula to serve as Mayor of Leavenworth. Commissioner Jermaine Wilson was serving as Mayor Pro-Tempre at the time, the top vote-getter of the previous election.
Defying Proctor: Leavenworth's Martin & Hingula
In the days leading up to the November 2021 municipal elections for months, Leavenworth citizens were bombarded with Proctor campaign paid advertisement for "his endorsed candidates" for the Leavenworth City Commission. In particular, he reminded Leavenworth voters of the manufactured outrage topics created by the Proctor campaign to boost the endorsed candidates:
Kansas' History: forgotten by local politicians despite history degrees
Local politicians Jason Claire and Pat Proctor, both husbands of local Women entrepreneurs, mention their study of History in their educational backgrounds whenever they talk about what makes them worthy of the vote of citizens. Since both Claire and Proctor were raised well outside of Kansas, they may need to be made aware of the political History of Kansas. Some of the voting public may need a reminder as well. If infamous Kansan advocates John Brown and Samuel Wood were still alive today, Proctor and Claire would likely call them liberal woke advocates. Does that match the Voters of Leavenworth?

This report intends to analyze and memorialize comments made by the current Chair, Leavenworth County Republican Party, and Proctor-backed City Commission candidate. According to sources close to the Elephant Club of Leavenworth County, the person in charge of recording the forum, Pat Proctor, is now refusing to provide an unedited version to the Elephant Club or the Leavenworth public. Failed battle-plan becomes; Leavenworth Political Strategy. Retired Col. Only 'Fires for Effect'.
Public interest in the motivations behind one of the loudest "minority" voices of Leavenworth - Kansas Representative Pat Proctor - has developed interesting leads now that Leavenworth Citizens' frustrations are receiving regional attention. This fact has had a chilling effect, as I consider Mr. Proctor's lasting unhelpful impact on our community. He has hijacked a community into not batting an eye when they see political ads he produced and disseminated proclaiming the founder and organizer of a neighborhood ride-share program to improve access to grocery items as "Radical." I have had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Martha Allen, and radical is never a word that would seem to fit her tireless dedication to our community over the years. Pat Proctor has radicalized a "counter-insurgency" population within Leavenworth for financial and political gain. He has been effective because we, taxpayers, funded his education and training around media manipulation. A source provided a link to a 2012 Article by Pat Proctor, simply stating, "Same tactics here, hope this helps."

(Opinion)But what about the dinosaur?

Unmasking Revenue Neutral; Update
On October 12, a current state representative again used his slick, military-trained media manipulation tactics to turn Leavenworth citizens against each other with a letter to the Leavenworth Times editor and a corresponding campaign paid advertisement.
