Laughlin, Nevada-Would I do it again? Day 2. This was my first time visiting Laughlin, Nevada. Day 2 started early and finished very late. We visited all the casinos along the Colorado River to include Tropicana. During our entire visit to Laughlin we stayed at the Harrah's Laughlin Hotel & Casino. For sure not a 24hr city like Las Vegas, yes the casinos are open 24/7 but it doesn't have that feel at night. Weather was warm in the day, and mild at night. Keep in mind that this trip was made at the end of October. As for casinos on the Colorado river you have: Golden Nugget Aquarius Tropicana (Close but not on the river) Laughlin River Lodge Harrahs Pioneer Riverside Edgewater Colorado Belle (Recently closed indefinite) 2020
