Arvada industrial development gets two new tenants
(Arvada, Colo.) Three new tenants have signed leases totaling 51,561 square feet at the Mountain Gateway industrial development in Arvada. Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver Inc. leased 20,598 square feet, and Fiero Automation, a high-tech provider of pneumatics, motion and mobile control solutions, leased 15,350 square feet.
Pandemic shopping drives demand for Denver’s distribution center space
(Denver, Colo.) Demand for industrial real estate increased in most areas of the country — including Denver — in the last 10 years, with new space doubling in 25 of the 30 markets, according to an industrial real estate report from Yardi’s commercial real estate listing platform CommercialSearch.
Principal Real Estate Investors buys Denver industrial buildings
(Denver, Colo.) Principal Real Estate Investors has acquired two buildings in 76 Commerce Center, a Class A logistics park in Denver’s Interstate 76 corridor. Principal purchased Buildings 4 and 5, totaling 618,480 square feet, at 22600 and 22700 E. I-76 Frontage Road in Brighton. Terms of the deal, which closed last week, were not disclosed.
