A taste of India at Taj Mahal
Dinner was at Taj Mahal, an Indian restaurant with owners from the Punjab region. On the table: papadum, naan bread, tandoori chicken, lamb bhuna, Chilean sea bass curry, saag paneer, raita and basmati rice. The beer is a lager with the same namesake as the restaurant - Taj Majal.
Homemade Tomato Soup Recipe
Tomato Soup: Today I’m making Indian style tomato soup. This tomato soup is a classic served with grilled cheese sandwiches and topped with some homemade croutons. This sweet and sour combination gives an extra flavor to this soup. This soup is one of my favorites. I recommend using fresh vine tomatoes for this recipe. I've also started writing my recipes for a NewsBreak blog very recently, & my channel name is "My Passion My Cooking by Sofia" in case you are looking for a written version. You may not find this recipe now but some of my recipes I’ve already posted. Please follow me on both for more tasty & easy recipes. Thank You!
Dinner from Red Chili
A busy workweek, so we picked up food from Red Chili. They serve Pakistani, Indian and Arabic halal food. We got tandoori chicken, goat karahi, saag paneer, basmati rice and naan bread. Husband also went next door to get gulab jamun, saag and chana masala.

New Authentic Indian Restaurant Now Open
A new regional Indian restaurant is now open.Andy Hay/Unsplash. For lovers of world cuisines, it can often be difficult to find authentic restaurants that expertly duplicate the tastes, smells, and experiences of eating in other areas of the world. For one reason or another, recipes are often compromised, resulting in a dulled-down or altered eating experience. Thankfully, around metro Phoenix, there are a handful of ethnic food offerings crafted by individuals who have immersed themselves in the creation and preparation of these foods, often through years of living in those communities and then bringing their experience to the Valley to share. That is exactly what has happened once again with one of the latest restaurant openings, Biryani Pot.

After a day full of writing and watching episodes of Riverdale (that show is a trashterpiece, and I love to hate it and hate to love it), I was hungry and eager for some grub. I was craving Indian food. Though Indian food wreaks havoc on my lactose-intolerant and spice-averse body with all of its dairy and spices, I love eating it enough to deal with the consequences.

For Fantastic Indian Food in the Cleveland Area, Go to Biryani Hut
I enjoy Indian food and think it's delicious. However, I don't have it too often because it does things to my sensitive body. I'm lactose intolerant and a wimp when it comes to spice, so Indian cuisine with all its dairy and spices has quite the effect on me.
