Pepper and Feta Egg Scramble with Seasoned Toast
My favorite breakfast the last few weeks and I still can’t get enough. Sauté greed diced peppers then add scrambled eggs. Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, top with crumbled feta. This toast is special! I grew up eating this combination of seasonings and it bring so much childhood nostalgia. For the bread I used. Bagel half toasted and buttered. To season, I added dried mint and red pepper flakes! So so good

2 Ingredient S’mores, No Bonfire Needed
S’mores are a great summer night treat but lighting a bonfire isn’t always convenient! That’s why I use a torch. To make it even better, I only use two ingredients- marshmallows and chocolate covered tea cookies! Simply place the marshmallows on tope of the cookies and using a torch, heat the marshmallow on all sides. Make sure that your cookies and marshmallows are placed on a heat proof surface such as a baking pan. That’s all! Would you try this?
Coppa Profiterol
I tried this dessert at a local Italian restaurant in Geneva, NY and I fell in love. I recreated it putting my own twist to it and my family lived it. I made an easy vanilla cream using gelatin. Then I made small profiteroles and filled them with vanilla ice cream. Finally I topped it off with chocolate ganache and that is all. Would you try making this?
