# Hugos oyster bar
Dinnertime at Hugo's Oyster Bar
The food at Hugo's Oyster Bar was so delicious and flavorful to the last bite. If you have been following me since my Cooking with Skye Days you know my favorite food is Cajun/Creole. You know when a place is "cooking good" when they use the Holy Trinity (bell peppers, onion, and celery) - and this restaurant definitely REPRESENTED! It was all so FRESH. My favorites: CAJUN SPRING ROLLS: grilled crawfish, andouille sausage, collard greens, white cheddar, cajun aioli CRAB STUFFED SHRIMP : dirty wild rice, fried okra, green tabasco butter (add: CRAWFISH ÉTOUFFÉE:) GULF REDFISH: served with beurre blanc, golden potatoes, and market vegetable (add jumbo lump crab bearnaise and truffle mac and cheese) I will be back for brunch on the weekends. Follow: @ServingLooksATL for more content to sink your teeth into! Which entree would you try the crab stuffed shrimp or gulf redfish?
