Will Tracy and Holly play a role in Victor getting his just desserts?. The walls seem to be closing in on Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) as on Monday it was revealed that he has a pathogen in his bloodstream and he has been referred to infectious disease doctor Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). General Hospital fans know that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) got Selina Wu (Lydia Look) to put something in Victor's drink and now it seems to be taking effect.

The beloved actress is bringing Holly Sutton back to Port Charles. As Soap Hub wondered over the weekend after someone eagle-eyed spotted her on the credits, now comes confirmation that Emma Samms will be returning again to General Hospital.

Ethan Lovett might be on his way back to Port Charles. General Hospital fans were stunned but not surprised on Wednesday when Holy Sutton (Emma Samms) made a mysterious phone call. She told the person on the other end that Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) was trying to get Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) of jail and ended the call by saying she was obeying instructions. Holly has tried to derail Robert on several occasions first by placing his phone on silent and later telling him to just stop trying to help Anna. General Hospital viewers also thought her slapping Victor Cassadine 9Charles Shaughnessy) seemed somehow fake.

The most logical choice for who was on the other end of the line would be Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) but Holly may have been talking to someone else.

When she first arrived back in Port Charles she turned off Robert's cell phone so he did not get the calls that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had been arrested. Fans also thought it was odd that Holly walked up to Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and slapped him all the while claiming she did not know him.

Emma Samms returned to General Hospital as Holly Sutton on Thursday and her first scene was lying face down in the mud on the grounds of the Quartermaine mansion. The veteran actress has shared that she is dealing with Long-COVID since contracting the coronavirus in 2020. She said the illness limits her ability to walk and breathe and she spends her days off lying in bed. Samms said she told GH execs if they wanted her back her actions would be limited.
