Shenandoah National Park welcomes return of anglers; Offers tips on protecting fish eggs
LURAY, Va. – Shenandoah National Park officials have lifted a fishing ban that’s been in place since summer. Extremely dry conditions and low stream flows prompted the park to implement the ban on August 31. However, in a December 6 media release, the officials announced that fishing may now resume, effective immediately.
