With the signing of HB1571 - the residential picketing bill - it is now illegal for people to protest outside the homes of others without their permission. It's intended to prevent situations such as those that have arisen recently where protestors gathered outside the homes of U.S. supreme court justices in anticipation of Roe Vs. Wade being overturned.

Although Georgia representative Marjorie Taylor Greene recently quit the Catholic Church saying it was under Satin's control, she recently appeared to be weeping upon hearing that Roe v. Wade might be overturned which would end legalized abortion in the US.

Will the governor make good on his promise this time?. Just weeks after he allegedly 'demanded' that Florida's state legislature reconsider the introduction of so-called constitutional carry rights for gun owners, on April 29 Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida has promised that he will get it signed into law before he leaves office.

Another reason to reconsider constitutional carry?. A Florida sheriff recently told a press conference that he encourages properly trained and educated gun owners in the state to defend their property from burglars and other intruders, as a means not-only of exercising their constitutional rights to defend their property, but as a way of saving the taxpayers money.

On September 1, constitutional carry laws came into effect in Texas - effectively allowing handguns to be carried in the state without any requirement for licenses, training, finger-printing for gun-owners or even a shooting proficiency test for anyone wanting to buy a handgun.
