A Disturbing Incident at Murdock Middle School: The Arrest of an 11-Year-Old
On February 7, 2024, the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office arrested an 11-year-old girl at Murdock Middle School in Port Charlotte, Florida, following a disturbing discovery. A School Resource Officer was alerted to a notebook detailing a plan to harm another student, which led to the investigation and subsequent discovery of a 5-inch steak knife in the young girl's backpack.
