When it comes to eating healthy, skipping the preservatives, and ditching the trans and processed fat that has a way of sneaking up into food, one of the best options to choose from is a raw fish restaurant. Sushi took the United States by storm years ago, and now it’s possible to find multiple sushi restaurants in just about any city in the country. And now, right on the sushi craze’s ankles, comes poke. This Hawaiian version of raw fish is served traditionally in a bowl, instead of a wrap. With the obvious similarities, one metro Phoenix restaurant decided to combine the two, and is now in the process of launching its fourth Valley restaurant.

Throw a dart out the window and you’re likely to hit some kind of establishment slinging various kinds of Mexican street food. However, that has yet to stop new restaurants from moving into the market. This includes chains located in regions you might not expect. In fact, the latest burrito addition to the Valley comes from a state that is anything but known for its tacos and burritos: New Jersey.

Tacos and burrito dinner from Tacos Reyes
Tacos Reyes has perfected the art of making authentic delicious tacos. They started off as a popular food truck parked in front of their meat market where line usually goes very long until two in the morning. Then they opened up this restaurant and this is where we usually go if we are craving for tacos. For last night's dinner, we ordered cabeza and asada burrito plus ten tacos - al pastor, cabeza, camaron, pollo and asada. Fold, eat, yum!
