Local Architecture Firm Unveils One Of The First Homes To Be Rebuilt in Louisville Colorado After The Marshall Wildfire
Exterior Perspective of Marshall Wildfire Home RebuiltF9 Productions. Colorado architecture firm F9 Productions unveils one of the first homes it has been commissioned to re-design for one of the over 1,000 Marshall wildfire victims in Louisville Colorado. The firm was commissioned in January of 2022 and the design was completed in April. The home entails a total of three floors including a full basement and three car garage totaling 5,151 square feet. The lower floor, shown below, includes a large storage room, dueling mechanical room, den, kitchenette, reading nook, spare bedroom and bathroom.

The Philly Four: Penn at center of controversy over treatment of student
A proposal to prevent trans girls from competing in girls' school sports made it out of the Pennsylvania House Education Committee on a 15-9 party-line vote with only Democrats disagreeing. The bill would cover girls' K-12 school teams, women's college sports, intramurals and club teams and ban people born of the male sex from competing. Right now the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association leaves the decision on these issues to the school's principal.

We worked hard together, this hot day in Orlando, FL sanding and staining the birch wood paneling in our bus conversion. Our 8th baby is due soon so we are now working to complete the conversion before the baby arrives. It’s a race against time!

Phase 1 Construction Finishes on Stratton Apartment Complex

Despite wild weather across the state, renovations to one building in Amsterdam, New York came to a close without issue. New York State Governor Kathy Hochul recently revealed the completion of phase one of construction on the $47.4 million renovation at Stratton Apartments, simultaneously kickstarting the renovations for the project's second phase in the process.
