One of my favorite ways to spend a day in Boulder, CO is a hike followed by a meal at Boulder Social. The restaurant, new to the area, is from the same team behind Stout Street Social. When ordering a Boba at Ku Cha don’t forget to pick one of the fatter and thicker straws for this sugary, creamy tea drink because if you don’t you can’t suck up the tapioca pearls.

One of our favorite places to watch rock climbers is in Boulder Canyon just outside of Boulder, Colorado. There is a hidden place tucked just off of Boulder Canyon Rd. that is a safe and beautiful place to sit back on Boulder Creek and watch the brave rock climbers. Maybe even do some fishing or picnicking. Go early to be assured parking. Coordinates: 39.979139, -105.455939
