Agua Caliente had hot springs and was by Indians for hundreds of years . In 1873 it became a popular spot for people on the Butterfield stage lines .
First Person to Walk Across the US
Estevanico ("Little Stephen") 1500–1539), was the first African to explore North America.He was a slave that was on a ship traveling around Florida and it capsized . Stephen traveled all the way across the US and down to Mexico City . The Spanish hired him as a guide on there expedition to the US . Sadly he was killed by the natives .
