Catching one of the biggest fish in North Texas!
Another bank mission on the Trinity River in North Texas. This big 6ft alligator gar picked up my bait and ripped some serious drag. Manage to hook him with a circle hook. After I Got some pictures, we let him go. Thanks for watching!

Fishing the Trinity River for Alligator Gar
First catch of the day was an active 4-foot alligator gar. Almost lost the fish when it swam under the boat. I was able to get the hook out and release it.
Fishing for Big Alligator Gar
After I caught that huge flathead, we went a little more down river, and I caught a huge alligator gar. Right at 7 feet long That fish was heavy as you can tell. Released it to keep growing and to catch another day!
Gar season Part 2
What a crazy day of fishing. The guys and I went through a lot to get to the river but after 10 minutes in we all said it was worth it! Some catches I didn’t get on video because there was so much action.

7ft Alligator Gar (New PB)
Today was definitely one for the books. Also, it makes up for the last couple weeks. Caught my heaviest Gar on my New Penn 7ft combo. Ended the day with 4 fish so great day for sure.
