Peter White who starred on AMC as well as other daytime and primetime soaps has passed away
Virginia soap fans People is reporting that another daytime legend has passed away. Peter White who portrayed Linc Tyler on All My Children for 4 decades has died at 86. White began portraying Linc in 1974 and was the 4th actor to take on the role. He continued on the soap off and on until 2005. In the mid-1980s he played Arthur Cates on the first two seasons of The Colbysand from 1991 to 1996 he had a recurring role as Dr. Thomas Reed on Sisters.
