Adventures in California's newest national park! Hiking Pinnacles National Park.
Pinnacles National Park, in central California, is a little known yet astonishing place, where you can hike among the towering remains of a 20 million year old volcano moved over 200 miles from its place of origin by the San Andreas Fault. In this, the first of two videos, I wander the west side of the park with my friend Kaylee, and see some of its many incredible wonders. Tune in for the next video, where we see the other half of the park, and see wild California Condors for the first time!
Hi everyone! :) My name is Tor Bertin, and for much of my life, I've had an immense fascination for the natural world and its inhabitants. This fascination has always driven me to share those feelings of wonder with other people. "Wonderlust" was the name I gave to that feeling. Here, I hope to bring to you improved understanding and appreciation for nature in its many forms across the world, and the human history that has existed in those places. I film my travels in a highly cinematic style, and with corresponding narration aim to both educate on the history of these places and inspire wonder for the astonishing aspects of the natural world. While here, and in your own journeys, wander in wonder.
