The Battle of the Little Bighorn: where the west was changed forever.

The Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument is an astonishingly powerful place in southeastern Montana: the site of the single largest defeat of the US army in the Plains Indian wars, but also the event that would seal the fate of the native tribes who fought for their autonomy. With news of the defeat reaching the east, a renewed push for control of the west was made, and the plains natives were forced onto reservations. The old west was no more.

Hi everyone! :) My name is Tor Bertin, and for much of my life, I've had an immense fascination for the natural world and its inhabitants. This fascination has always driven me to share those feelings of wonder with other people. "Wonderlust" was the name I gave to that feeling. Here, I hope to bring to you improved understanding and appreciation for nature in its many forms across the world, and the human history that has existed in those places. I film my travels in a highly cinematic style, and with corresponding narration aim to both educate on the history of these places and inspire wonder for the astonishing aspects of the natural world. While here, and in your own journeys, wander in wonder.
