Michigan Rock Hunters Discover Pudding Stone and Petoskey Stone MOTHERLOAD!

It feels good to get back into Michigan! I live in Florida, so the Summertime is terribly hot, humid, and brutal. Michigan this time of year however, was absolutely beautiful! So I met up with my friend Rob who took me to one of his favorite beaches to go rockhounding! We were picking up anything that was cool, but our main focus was to find Pudding Stones, which are a very interesting type of conglomerate rock, and Petoskey Stones, which are fossil corals that polish extremely well. We ended up having a very successful hunt! Enjoy!
