View for Days Onboard The Wheel at ICON Park - A Review of this 400ft Observation Wheel in Florida
With so many types of attractions, restaurants, entertainment offerings, and more, it can be difficult to decide where to start first. We always recommend ICON Park for its diverse offerings, the walkability of the area, and its close proximity to Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and SeaWorld, and the semi-centralized location within the main Orlando tourism and attractions area. In this complex, we experience and review the flagship attractions that this great spot currently offers. The Wheel, a 400ft tall, giant observation wheel, offers sweeping views of the surrounding area, including Universal, Disney, Downtown Orlando, and more. Designed and manufactured by Intamin, this engineering feat weighs about 3,000,000 pounds and is the tallest observation wheel on the North American East Coast. The ride takes about 20 minutes for a complete rotation.
