How High Can You Go? A Review of the Orlando Starflyer, the World's Tallest Swing

International Drive, in Orlando Florida, is a tourist mecca of attractions. With pretty much any type of attraction represented, it can be difficult to decide where to start first. ICON Park, the home of The Wheel, is also home to the Starflyer. Dubbed as the worlds tallest swing style ride, the Starflyer takes riders up its 450-foot tower where they get a bird’s eye view of the surrounding tourism district. From the top, on a clear day, you can see Universal Orlando, the downtown Orlando skyline, parts of Disney, and more. In this video, we ride this ride this attraction to daring heights to review the experience even though Sam is not a fan of heights. Despite this, we can’t deny that there are some amazing views from the top, if only we could get over the fact that we are dangling from some strikingly tiny chains. This ride may appear to be tame but will provide thrills, especially on a windy day.
