Chocolate Sculptures? - A Review of Chocolate Museum & Café in Orlando, Florida

We love chocolate. Who doesn’t? It’s known the world-around for its decadent flavor as well as its use in cooking. In this episode, we travel to International Drive in Orlando, Florida to review the World of Chocolate Museum & Café experience one of their highly rated tours and to enjoy their café. The museum's tour is about 45 minutes in length and provides information regarding the origins of the cocoa bean to its use in modern cooking. We really enjoyed this tour for being interactive at times but also informative. We sampled a variety of chocolates and got to see them preparing some of the deluxe chocolates for the café. The highlight of the tour was the sculpture room where you could explore sculptures made from solid chocolate. Finally, we enjoy a wine and chocolate pairing in the café. This was an enjoyable experience, and they did a great job matching the selected wines with some of their chocolates. The flavors blended nicely. It was quite a treat.
