Warriors President, COO and Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer Rick Welts will be retiring after this season. Welts came up as a ball boy with the Seattle SuperSonics, was the president of the Phoenix Suns, was the first openly gay executive in professional sports and helped lead the Warriors on one of the best 10 year runs in NBA history.
