Dart Bar "Flight Club" in Downtown, Chicago

Wanderlust Wellman

Playing darts while hanging out with some friends, eating some bar food, and downing some drinks is truly a match made in heaven. At "Flight Club" in Downtown Chicago, you can enjoy darts in a bit of a more upbeat and trendy environment. It's an upscale place compared to other dark and dingy bars, but it doesn't break the bank. It was $40 an hour - I went here with some friends, but looking at the website it looks like they changed it to $12 per person, which is still a great price!

At Flight Club, you'll find a bar with a great selection of beers, cocktails, bar food, and more. We got some appetizers and a few different kinds of beer. It was all very tasty and kept us wanting more. Even if you're not a dart person, you can definitely hang out while everyone else plays and enjoy the city and river views from the second floor.

I grew up playing darts so, of course, I couldn't wait to play. There are numerous booths with one dartboard, so it is geared towards people coming with a group to hang out for a few hours. It's your typical dartboard (just a little fancier), but with a synchronized TV screen keeping track of points, and allowing you to play a variety of different dart games. You get to assign players and play a handful of games that are all different but equally fun. I could not recommend this place enough: it's a great activity to intertwine with a night of socializing, eating, and kicking back a few drinks!
