Tropical Pineapple Plants & Mangroves in Chicago

Pineapples are one of those fruits I've always seen in grocery stores, but I never had any idea what they looked like in their natural environment. In Chicago's "Garfield Park Conservatory", you are able to see tropical fruit like pineapples being grown in front of your eyes! They have many other tropical fruits, and tropical plants such as mangroves - a type of tree that grows in salt water and also acts as a water purifier!
