Asian-Style Karaoke (Private Rooms) at Sakura Karaoke in Chinatown, Chicago

Surely everybody has heard of or been to a "Karaoke Night" at a bar or nighttime establishment before. It usually consists of a long lineup of people getting on stage in front of countless strangers, either demonstrating impressive vocal abilities or a lack thereof. While this can be a lot of fun to attend or participate in, many Asian countries have a different take on karaoke by using private rooms. Here you can reserve a room for you and your friends and choose the songs yourself and sing the night away with the people you'd normally embarrass yourself in front of anyway. I recommend trying this at "Sakura Karaoke" in Chicago's Chinatown neighborhood. Be sure to follow me for more Chinatown, Chicago, and more!
